Delivery Information
WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE BY THAILAND POST, EXCEPT FOR SOME COUNTRIES WHICH ARE DIFFICULT IN DELIVERY AT THE MOMENT: Belarus, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania.
Shipping cost depends on the total weight of the parcel and is calculated automatically when placing an order.
Delivery takes 2-3 weeks. It takes 5-7 days to pack your order and proceed with the carrier.
As soon as your package has been sent, we will provide you with a tracking number.
If the parcel was delivered to the territory of the recipient's country, but did not reach the addressee for reasons beyond our control:
Option 1. We will refund you the money for the products only (the delivery cost won't be refunded).
Option 2. We will resend the package with your order (you must pay the delivery costs again).

Our Dear Customers! Unfortunately, cash on delivery payment is not possible, as Thailand Post does not have this option.
